How Do I Reset Keypad Code

All HDC keypads have two passcodes. One code is for lock and the other for unlocking. The lock code is always 5,5,5 and can not be changed. The factory unlock code is 1,3,5,7,9, (symbol). Please refer to your keypad manual on how to change the unlock code.

For security purposes, our company policy requires customers to email a copy of their valid driver’s license and current proof of insurance. The proof insurance must match the name on the driver’s license and have the vehicle’s VIN. Please email this information to support@poplocks.com. Once our team can validate your information, our support team will email you instructions on how to reset the keypad.
