Phone Reception / Shipping Support Specialist

We are offering an opportunity to join the HDC team in Austin, Texas as a Phone Receptionist / Shipping Support Specialist who can grasp concepts and processes quickly and intuitively. Our company has a stable history, profitable, and is innovative. This is an entry-level part-time position with the potential of becoming a full-time position.
Responsibilities and Duties
- Process orders and prepare for shipping.
- Interact with customers either by phone or email.
- Comply with all company policies and procedures.
Qualifications and Skills
- Sales order entry.
- Handle basic tools.
- Packaging and shipping orders.
- Read and understand written instructions.
- Proactive and punctual.
- Attention to detail.
- Organized & customer oriented.
- Must live close to the 78736 area.
Bonus or Willing to Learn
- Knowledge of Outlook
- Knowledge of Quick Books software.
- Knowledge CRM or Agile CRM
- Knowledge of YouTube or other social media outlets
- Minimum HS Diploma or Equivalent
